* All lots are to be used for single-family residence only (no businesses).
* Dwelling and accessory building plans require review.
* Dwelling to be 3,000 square foot minimum.
* Accessory structures permitted with size and material guidelines.
* Two or more vehicle garage required.
* No above-ground swimming pools allowed.
* Concrete surface driveway at least 12' wide.
* No mobile homes or other portable structures allowed.
* Front setbacks.
* No large animals.
* Lots may not be re-subdivided.
* Underground electrical service required.
* All Lots are subject to membership in a Homeowner's Association with annual dues collected.
