East section slopes to bottomland with some possible flooding in southeast section (great for hunting and wildlife). Current owner says there are deer, hogs, ducks, and other wildlife.
Covered in medium size native timber mix.
Upshur County as Trustee, owns 100' wide strip in NE.
Far southeast corner is in FEMA Flood Zone A (see site graphic), defined by FEMA as: "Areas subject to inundation by the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event generally determined using approximate methodologies.
