Terrain is sloping from high ground in northeast to creek bottom on west and south. Could be a site for house or cabin in northeast corner.
There is a creek that flows from northwest to southeast, with over 1/3 of the property in FEMA flood zone A. Nice bottomland for wildlife. FEMA Flood Zone A (see site sketch), defined by FEMA as: "Areas subject to inundation by the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event generally determined using approximate methodologies. Because detailed hydraulic analyses have not been performed, no Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) or flood depths are shown.
